Shield Patrol Companion
Accountability for every patrol.
Confidence for every client.
Digitizing manned security across Kenya & East Africa — phone-first patrol verification, live command, digital Occurrence Book, and tender-ready client visibility. Built for multi-site operations.
Three audiences
Built for the field, the desk, and the client
Phone-first accountability — not another gadget. Verifiable data for guards, supervisors, and institutional clients.
Guard app
Field-ready Android interface for patrol verification, GPS check-ins, QR scanning, SOS alerts, and offline sync when connectivity is patchy.
Monitoring station
Live operations map, missed-checkpoint alerts, escalation workflows, and integrity-backed reporting for supervisors in the control room.
Client visibility
Site KPIs, incident logs, and a full audit trail for institutional clients — tender-ready reporting that builds confidence, not just presence claims.
Field capability
From paper chaos to structured proof
Replace fragile paper OBs and unstructured chat with a digital Occurrence Book, structured incidents, and evidence clients can trust.
Patrol verification
Confirm presence with GPS and QR checkpoints — so “patrol complete” means something verifiable.
Live ops map
See where teams are and where coverage is thin — act in the moment, not in tomorrow's debrief.
Digital Occurrence Book
A structured digital OB with integrity-backed records — searchable when questions land from clients or tenders.
Structured incidents
Capture and escalate incidents with the detail supervisors need — clearer briefs, faster response.
Missed-checkpoint alerts
Surface gaps and urgent events early — noise stays down, signal stays up for the monitoring station.
Tender-ready reporting
Integrity-backed summaries and audit trails — help firms compete on credibility when institutional clients raise the evidence bar.
Offline-capable
Designed for patchy connectivity — sync when the network returns so field work doesn't stop.
Multi-site ready
Built for multi-site manned security — estates, offices, hospitals, factories, schools, and more.
Pairs with ERP
Land with patrol accountability; expand with the company OS — Shieldmaster ERP for deeper firm management.
