About
Diligent. Honest. Reliable.
As technology evolves, so does the pace of conducting business. We tailor solutions for the everyday running of modern businesses — so clients can focus on achieving their goals.
Who we are
Housed under RedReeds Limited, we trade by the brand Shieldmaster Africa for our technology. Our public product line is product-led: Shieldmaster ERP, Beit App, and Shield Patrol Companion — with a focus on security and facilities operations.
Our team brings roughly a decade of industry experience and a track record of successful deployments across security, facilities, and institutional contexts. We design for demos that respect your time — benefit-led, field-aware, and free of noise.
Beyond the product suite, RedReeds also supports software engineering, ICT consultancy, hosting, and brand work when clients need it — this site stays focused on the products that run security and facilities day to day.

Values
Software that respects the field
Diligent
We sweat operational fit — firm OS, gate flow, patrol proof — because incomplete software costs process every day.
Honest
We market outcomes, not blueprints. No schema dumps, no invented client logos, no competitor mud-slinging on the page.
Reliable
Security and facilities work never pauses. Our products are built to be dependable under real deployment pressure.
